CHC-U23 dead after flash

Please sigma team, how repair this phone.... after update by fastboot mode the phone no work, dead dead, only turn on led green and led red, if i the connecting the phone to pc asks drivers ㄰ファラッド㔴㜶㤸, And I do not find this drivers, the phone had android 4.4.2 and I update to Android 6.0.1 by fastboot mode, please how to repair this phone.
