A510F Cant flash Custom Binary(BOOT) Blocked By FRP Lock

Hello!
I have A510F Binary 5 with mesage :
an error has occurred while updating the device software use the emergency recovery function.
I try to flash with Z3X and Odin but i cant because its blocked by FRP. i cant flash combination or full firmweare.

How can i solve this problem?
